What we collect

Your Telegram ID, username and interface language (or your e-mail if you buy on the website); order history (country, plan, price, payment method); technical eSIM data (ICCID, status, data used) provided by the operator.

What we don't collect

Card numbers and payment details are processed by Telegram and @CryptoBot — we never see or store them. The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why

To deliver and show your eSIMs, send data alerts, answer support requests and process refunds.

Who we share with

The eSIM supplier (a wholesale partner of the operators) — order identifiers only, no personal data; payment services — as needed for the payment. We don't sell data.

Retention

Data is kept on our servers while you use the service and up to 3 years after your last order for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion — message @djus25. Deletion doesn't cancel eSIMs already issued.
